Visa application fees along with the service charge are non-refundable in all cases. Even in case of visa application rejection the entire amount is non-refundable.
Visa application approval/rejection and processing time is at the sole discretion of the immigration and we do not have any control over the same.
Visa applications may require more than usual working days for processing and it is completely dependent on the immigration.
Immigration may ask for additional documents on a case to case basis.

Visa applications processing will only be after the verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment.
Visas issued under visit/business/transit/tourist profession are not eligible to work in the destination country.
Pramila Tours reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion and bears no liability for the processing time or rejection of visa applications by the immigration.
Traveller or the customer has to fully bear the penalty amount in case the destination country levy any charges.
Additional charges such as documents courier, photograph development, attestation etc has to be borne by the applicant.

Do I need a Turkey Visa?

All Indian Citizens require a visa to travel to Turkey, whether for business or tourism. We can help you to obtain a visa for Turkey. Indians with a valid Schengen, USA, UK or Ireland Visa or Residence Permit of any of these countries may get their single entry Turkey eVisas provided that they meet certain conditions. Applicants not meeting certain conditions will need to apply for a sticker visa at the Turkey Embassy or consulate. We are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application.

What is the criteria for the validity of my supporting document (visa or residence permit from Schengen or from US, UK and Ireland)?

The only requirement for your visa/residence permit to be used as a supporting document is that it should be still valid (by date) by the time you enter and exit Turkey. Please note that eVisas of other countries are not accepted as a supporting document.

I do not have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland Visa? Can I still apply for a Turkey eVisa?

No. You can only apply for a Turkey eVisa provided you have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland Visa. In that case, you will need to apply for a Turkey sticker visa at the Turkish mission and we will be glad to assist you with a fast and hassle free visa application.

Is Turkey Visa a Sticker Visa OR an eVisa?

Turkey Visa is a sticker visa endorsed on the passport but if you fulfil some criteria, you can opt for an eVisa as well.

What if I want to stay longer than 30 days?

If your trip is longer than 30 days, you will need to apply for a sticker visa at the Turkish Embassy and we can certainly help you with the visa application. We will simplify the visa process for you.
