01. Original passport valid for 06 month after arrival in India

04. Recent Photo 50mm x 70mm, white background (80% Face to be seen) (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
05. Covering letter (format attached)
06. Two profession proof
If Employed: Last 03 month salary slip and leave letter on company letter head with sign and stamp by the employer
If Self Employed: Business registration and covering letter on company letterhead
If Retired: Pension slips and retirement proof
07. Two financial proof
If Employed: Last 06 month bank statement till date with sufficient balance should be sign and stamp by the bank on each and every page and last 03 year ITR acknowledgement page
If Self-Employed: Last 06 month bank statement till date with sufficient balance should be sign and stamp by the bank on each and every page personal as well as current account and last 03 year ITR acknowledgement page personal as well as company
08. Copy of travel history and entry exit stamp on passport
09. Any additional funds such as FD, Mutual Funds, etc…. (if any)
10. Aadhar card and pan card copy
11. Invitation letter from inviter (format attached)
12. Invitee visa copy, passport copy and residence proof.

How early can I apply for a New Zealand Visa?
You can apply for a New Zealand Visa up to 3 months prior to your departure date.
What is the maximum duration of a New Zealand visitor visa?
On a visitor visa the maximum allowable stay is 9 months. The visa is normally valid for 3 months or in some cases upto 6 months. Business persons travelling to New Zealand frequently for business purposes may be issued multiple entry visitor visas valid for a maximum period of 3 years. However the visa decision and its validity are at the discretion of the Embassy.
Is a confirmed ticket or a return ticket required for applying for a visitor visa?
An original travel ticket does not need to be submitted along with the visa application. We would however need the original ticket in case of a transit visa application.
How can my sponsor support my application if he or she is outside of New Zealand?
If a New Zealand resident/ citizen is outside of New Zealand at the time of sponsoring an application he or she can complete the sponsorship form and send the same along with the visa application and supporting documents to establish his eligibility as a sponsor. The sponsorship application can be approved by a visa officer.
