• Original Passport should be valid for six months from the date of departure from Singapore.( Old passport not required )
• Visa form to be filled and signed by the applicant as per passport signature.
• Two recent white back ground photographs size 3.5 x 4.5 cm face coverage 70 to 80 %  on semi matt or matt finish paper. Photograph pasted on visa form should be cross signed half on visa form and half on photograph.( For ladies hair should be tied , forehead should be clear and both ears should be visible, children face should be straight)
• Covering letter address to The , Visa officer , Singapore High Commission  New Delhi  mentioning the purpose of visit and applicant passport details.( If in Business , Pls make your cover letter on company letter head if in Service on plain paper.
• If visiting someone in Singapore then Invitation letter from the person who is inviting duly signed along with invitee passport and FIN card copy . ( please note that the invite should be typed )
• If in Service need last two months salary slips ,salary bank account statement with minimum 1.5 lakh balance  and last year income tax or form 16.( please note that if there is low bank balance in salary bank account statement you can attach other bank account with  sufficient balance but salary bank statement still required even if there is no balance)
• If Business need proof of Business or copy of company GST, last six months personal or company bank statement with minimum 1.5 lakh balance and last year income tax return.
• If Retired need pension slip or pension bank account statement with minimum 1.5lakh minimum balance or you can attach other bank account statement with sufficient balance.

Note :

In visa form annual income should match with your documents like income tax or salary slips.

In visa form last page , Please do mention your hotel email id or  invitee  email id.

Need leave approval letter from employer  if applicant is traveling alone or traveling with friends

If traveling with friends or colleague , Please apply visa together or mention in visa form that the other person are processing their visa separately and consider my application as solo traveler.
